Thai Style Coconut Chilli and Lime Prawns Stir-Fry

1 small onion, sliced lengthways
1 cup sliced green beans
2 carrots, peeled, sliced lengthwise into thin strips
300g frozen uncooked prawn cutlets thawed
125g pouch Wattie's WOK Creations Thai Coconut, Chilli & Lime Stir-Fry sauce
1 cup cooked jasmine rice
Shredded coconut, toasted (optional)
Coriander leaves (optional)
Lime or lemon wedges (optional)

Step 1
Heat a dash of oil in a wok (or frying pan) over a high heat. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
Step 2
Add prawns and continue to stir-fry until prawns start to turn pink.
Step 3
Pour over Wattie's WOK Creations Thai Coconut, Chilli & Lime sauce and stir-fry for a further minute until prawns are cooked and sauce is hot
Step 4
Serve with cooked jasmine rice. Garnish with toasted shredded coconut, fresh coriander leaves and a wedge of lime or lemon if wished.
