This recipe meets all of the following criteria:
Total fat: | No more than 10g /100g and no more than 15g/serve |
Saturated fat: | If saturated fat is more than 6g/serve, then total fat is no more than 10g/serve |
Added sugar: | No more than 20g /serve For lower fat desserts: 5g fat or less/serve, added sugar may be up to 30g/serve 10g fat or less/serve, added sugar may be up to 25g/serve |
