• 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green capsicum, sliced
  • 4 frankfurters or hotdogs
  • 420 g can Wattie's Spaghetti
  • ½ cup grated tasty cheese
  • 4 hotdog buns, warmed or toasted
  • Tomato sauce and mild American mustard to serve
  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan with a lid over medium heat. Add the onion and green capsicum and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until golden.
  2. Cook frankfurters or hotdogs according to packet instructions or barbecue until they are warmed through and golden.
  3. Warm the Wattie’s Spaghetti in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Spoon some of the warmed spaghetti into the hotdog buns and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add some of the onion capcisum mixture. Top with a frankfurter then serve with your choice of mustard or tomato sauce
