- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green capsicum, sliced
- 4 frankfurters or hotdogs
- 420 g can Wattie's Spaghetti
- ½ cup grated tasty cheese
- 4 hotdog buns, warmed or toasted
- Tomato sauce and mild American mustard to serve
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan with a lid over medium heat. Add the onion and green capsicum and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until golden.
- Cook frankfurters or hotdogs according to packet instructions or barbecue until they are warmed through and golden.
- Warm the Wattie’s Spaghetti in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Spoon some of the warmed spaghetti into the hotdog buns and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add some of the onion capcisum mixture. Top with a frankfurter then serve with your choice of mustard or tomato sauce
