This dish is lovely. We bought our beef olives already filled from our butcher and cooked them for 6 hours in our crockpot. This is definitely a recipe we'll be doing again.

Excellent recipe. A bit fiddly ie rolling the meat thin, but worth it in the end. My kids ate every last bite!
