• 1 French stick
  • olive oil
  • 4 rashers streaky bacon or pancetta
  • 2 soft boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 whole baby cos lettuce
  • HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Caesar Dressing with a Hint of Lemon
  • shaved Parmesan cheese
  • cracked pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut a baguette into 5-7mm thick slices. Place, in a single layer, on a baking tray. Brush both sides with oil. Bake in an oven for approx. 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden. Set aside to cool.
  2. Cook the pancetta or bacon in a frying pan until golden and crispy.
  3. Place the cos lettuce leaves, baguette slices, pancetta or bacon, soft boiled egg halves and shaved Parmesan on a serving bowl and spoon over HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Caesar Dressing with a Hint of Lemon. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
