• 410 g can Wattie’s Peaches in Juice
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • Ice
  • 2 x 330 ml bottles ginger ale
  • Rosemary sprigs and lime slices to garnish
  1. Puree the Wattie’s Peaches and juice in a blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in the lime juice.
  2. Fill 4 tall glasses with ice. Divide the peach puree mixture between the glasses then top up with ginger ale. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and lime slices.
