• 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, peeled and chopped finely
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1 courgette, grated
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 sheets ready rolled puff pastry
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ½ Tbsp poppy seeds
  • ½ Tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 180g tub The Good Taste Company Smokey White Bean & Garlic Dip
  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Heat oil in a small frying pan over a medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft.
  2. In a large bowl, combine onion with the chicken mince, courgette, salt and breadcrumbs. Mix well, and divide mince into 3 portions.
  3. Lay out pastry sheets and spread chicken mix across the centre of each. Fold sheets in half away from you, then roll in half again so there is a double layer of pastry at the base of the sausage roll. Brush top of rolls with egg and sprinkle the combined seeds over each roll. Cook in oven for 30 minutes. Serve with The Good Taste Company Smokey White Bean & Garlic Dip.
