- ½ punnet strawberries, hulled
- ½ cup ice
- 400ml Golden Circle Guava Nectar juice, chilled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 300ml tonic water
- To Serve:
- ice cubes
- Slices of lime
- mint leaves
1. Place strawberries in a blender and process to a smooth puree. Add Golden Circle Guava Nectar, lime juice and ice and blend for a few seconds.
2. Place extra ice cubes into 4 short glasses and pour over guava and strawberry juice. Slowly top up glass with tonic water. Garnish with a slice of lime, mint leaf and a straw.
