Guava, Strawberry & Lime Fizz
A light summery mocktail made with Golden Circle Guava Nectar, strawberry puree and lime juice. We’ve topped it with tonic water but it's just as good with mineral water, soda water or Lemonade.

½ punnet strawberries, hulled
½ cup ice
400ml Golden Circle Guava Nectar juice, chilled
1 lime, juiced
300ml tonic water
To Serve:
ice cubes
Slices of lime
mint leaves

Place strawberries in a blender and process to a smooth puree. Add Golden Circle Guava Nectar, lime juice and ice and blend for a few seconds. Step 2
Place extra ice cubes into 4 short glasses and pour over guava and strawberry juice. Slowly top up glass with tonic water. Garnish with a slice of lime, mint leaf and a straw. Tips
