Step 1
Preheat the BBQ grill. Brush lamb cutlets with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 2
Place the cutlets on the BBQ and over a medium high heat cook cutlets for 6-7 minutes, turning after 3 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Lamb should still be pink inside.
Step 3
Sprinkle over dukkah if using before serving with HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Garlic Lovers Aioli. Garnish with fresh thyme and rosemary sprigs if wished. Accompany with a fresh green salad and crusty bread on the side.
