• 8 lamb cutlets
  • 2 Tbsp dukkah* (optional)
  • HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Garlic Lovers Aioli
  1. Preheat the BBQ grill. Brush lamb cutlets with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Place the cutlets on the BBQ and over a medium high heat cook cutlets for 6-7 minutes, turning after 3 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Lamb should still be pink inside.
  3. Sprinkle over dukkah if using before serving with HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Garlic Lovers Aioli. Garnish with fresh thyme and rosemary sprigs if wished. Accompany with a fresh green salad and crusty bread on the side.

*Make your own Dukkah with our easy recipe. You can also switch it with chilli herb coating on the lamb – simply mix together:

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried rubbed oregano
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
