• 1 red capsicum, deseeded
  • 1 green capsicum, deseeded
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g traditional feta, cut into cubes
  • 250ml bottle Eta Lite & Free Balsamic Dressing

1. Cut red and green capsicums into 1cm pieces. Slice cucumber in half lengthwise and cut into chunks.

2. Put prepared salad ingredients and feta into a bowl and toss about ¼ cup (or to taste) of Eta Lite & Free Balsamic Dressing through the salad.
