• 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 6 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 6 radishes, sliced
  • 250ml bottle Eta Creamy Balsamic Dressing

1. Slice the lettuce leaves and place in a salad bowl with tomatoes, cucumber and radishes. Pour over Eta Creamy Balsamic Dressing.
