• ½ cup Eta Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp golden syrup
  • ½ cup cream
  1. Place all ingredients into a small saucepan. Stir over a medium heat until smooth. Do not allow to boil. Serve warm over ice cream.

Top Tips

  • Do not use unsalted peanut butter.
  • Add a little boiling water if the sauce thickens too much.
