- 250 g thickened cream
- 125 strawberry yoghurt
- ½ punnet strawberries, hulled and quartered
- extra strawberries to garnish
- 12 amaretti biscuits, crushed
1. In a bowl, stir together the thickened cream and strawberry yoghurt in a bowl.
2. Fold in the strawberries and crushed amaretti biscuits.
3. Spoon the mixture into individual glasses to serve and top with extra strawberries and serve immediately.
Fold in 1/2 cup of chopped marshmallows if wished.
