• 2 tsp oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 400 g packet b>Wattie’s Wok Creations Hong Kong Mix
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp mild chilli puree
  • 1-2 Tbsp coriander
  • 2 spring onions, sliced

1. Heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan. Add beaten egg and cook for 1 minute stirring until it is soft scrambled. Remove and set aside.

2. Add in cooked rice, garlic, Wattie’s Wok Creations Hong Kong Mix, sesame oil, chilli and coriander. Toss for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and everything is piping hot. Stir through cooked egg and serve garnished with spring onions.

Top Tips

To make this a full meal, add 200g diced cooked chicken or diced ham when adding the vegetables.
