Made the recipe this afternoon, they are yummy , wsa tempted to double recip but glad i didnt as it made 34 decent sized biscuits. I used extra cruncy peanut butter instead of smooth and it turned out awesome, the extra crunchy gave a great extra texture. Will definitely make again.

Delicious Cookies: I only had the Eta Awesomely Crunchy Peanut Butter so thought I would make just half the mixture to see what they turned out like. I put a heaped teaspoon of the mixture, rolled it into balls and flattened slightly with my hand and it made 27 cookies. I baked them for 10 minutes then changed the trays over and cooked them for another 10 minutes. The family loves them.
