Shredded Chicken with Lite Mayo

Providing the perfect amount of shredded chicken mixed with lite mayo, this is ideal for a quick, tasty and healthy sandwich filling.

Method

Step 1
Lay the spinach wrap on a board and spread with the mashed avocado.
Step 2
Place lettuce, grated carrot, red capsicum and Wattie's Shredded Chicken with Lite Mayo across half of the wrap.
Step 3
Starting with the filling side, carefully roll the wrap to enclose the filling. Cut in half. Wrap in a paper napkin or lunch paper.
