• 1 cup (250ml) water or lite milk
  • 6 scoops Complan Chocolate flavour
  • 1 small banana
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp liquid honey, or to taste

Place water, Complan Chocolate flavour, banana, strawberries and honey into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Top Tips

Complan is an easy way to get essential vitamins and minerals when you’re too busy to stop and eat.

It is best to use soft ripe bananas in smoothies as this adds natural sweetness.

You can substitute the strawberries with other berries (fresh or frozen) if wished.

If you aren’t a chocolate fan you could try Complan Vanilla or Strawberry flavour.

This looks very tasty but i am getting told that complan is high in calories so this isnt good to help with weightloss i am confused so can someone please help with this :) i am looking at having something like this for breakfast as i hate eating in the morning and thought this be a good thing to have as its quick and healthy :) thank you

Complan is suitable for people wanting to lose weight, but it should be used as a meal and not a light snack. One serve of the Berry, Banana and Chocolate Smoothie has around the same calories as half a bowl of muesli with yoghurt so is a suitable breakfast for someone watching their weight.
