• 4 cups finely shredded green cabbage or a mixture of green and red cabbage
  • 2 cups mung bean sprouts
  • 2 stalks celery, finely sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • ½ cup cooked and shelled edamame beans
  • 1 handful mint leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup Eta Lite & Free Japanese Style Soy & Citrus Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  1. Place all the vegetables into a large salad bowl and mix.
  2. Toss through Eta Lite & Free Japanese Style Soy & Citrus Dressing. Sprinkle over toasted sesame seeds just before serving.
