1. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
a) By entering this competition entrants accept these terms and conditions.
b) Entry to this competition is open to New Zealand residents 18 years or older. Those under the age of 18 may enter with their legal parent or guardian's consent.
c) Employees of Heinz Wattie’s Ltd and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
d) Entry into and participation in this competition is free.
e) There is no limit on entries.
2. KEY DATES
Entry opens at 12pm NZDT on 29th April 2019 and closes at 5pm NZDT on 17th May 2019 (Entry Period).
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, entrants must do the following during the Entry Period:
a) Register or log in to their existing account on www.foodinaminute.co.nz;
b) Enter their name, address, telephone number; and
c) Tell us - What are your top 3 winter greens and what cuisines do you use them in?
4. PRIZE DRAWS
a) A draw will be held at Heinz Wattie’s Ltd, Level 3, 2 Nuffield Street, Newmarket, New Zealand at 10am NZDT on 22nd May 2019.
b) The first 3 valid entries drawn on 22nd May 2019 will win a prize.
a) There are 3 prizes to be won.
b) Each pack includes:
The RRP for each pack is $75.
c) Prizes will be sent out by our partner, Tui Products Ltd. The winter greens will be sent from Zealandia.
d) Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize value is in New Zealand dollars, based on recommended retail prices, include GST and are correct at time of printing. The promoter and is partners accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions from gaming authorities. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter and its partners makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prizes.
6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
a) Winners will be notified by telephone within 7 days of the relevant prize draw.
b) If, despite reasonable efforts by the promoter, a winner cannot be contacted within 2 weeks of the relevant draw, a replacement winner will be drawn from the same entries as the original.
7. PROMOTER DETAILS

a) The promoter will not be responsible for late or misdirected entries and take no responsibility for any entries not correctly lodged.
b) Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. All decisions of the promoter are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
c) Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
d) The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, place of residence and proof of purchase). Proof of identification, age, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
e) The promoter and its associated agencies and companies involved in this competition will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. Once a prize has left the promoter’s premises, it will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver, or damage caused to the prize during transit.
f) The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this competition. The promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
g) The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize if the promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
h) If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the full extent permitted by law, but subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this competition as appropriate.
i) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its directors, officers, employees and agents) and the promoter’s partners exclude all liability for any loss, damage or personal injury, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; any prize or participation in or use of any prize.
j) By participating in this competition, each entrant grants a perpetual worldwide non-exclusive royalty-free licence to the promoter to use and sub-licence the use of any copyright (including future copyright) in and to any entry submitted by such entrant and, to the extent permitted by law, waives their moral rights in respect of same. Each entrant warrants to the promoter that their entry does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person.
