The fruit salad is delicious. I serve the yoghurt from a jug at dinner parties.

Very tasty

For a healthier version of this recipe, simply omit the cream. The yoghurt lemon & honey is still a tasty and creamy topping.

I am going to change this recipe and use fresh fruits as I live in QLD Australia. I am also going to add fresh grated ginger as well as the mint and use Lemon Myrtle Yoghurt. I am not going to use the cream as I would eat this for breakfast.

We enjoyed the fresh zesty taste of this dessert.
A sprinkling of chopped blanced almonds and choc chips was a nice addition for a special occasion.
