  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp caster sugar
  • 100 g butter, diced


1. Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in the caster sugar.

2. Rub in the butter until it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in 1/4 cup of cold water and mix to form a stiff dough.

3. Turn onto a floured board and knead until smooth. Roll as required.
