Brown Rice and Vege Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt microwavable brown rice
  • 1 can tuna
  • 160g bag Wattie’s SteamFresh Sweet Corn, Carrots and Broccoli

Method

  1. Microwave the brown rice as per cooking instructions.
  2. Mix the brown rice and tuna together in a bowl.
  3. Microwave the Wattie’s SteamFresh Sweet Corn, Carrots and Broccoli and fold through the brown rice and tuna. Stir in your favourite vinaigrette if wished.

Tips

For variation replace tuna with cooked chicken, ham or salami. Another alternative to brown rice is to use quinoa, couscous or pasta.
