Glazed BBQ Steaks

¼ cup Wattie's Smoked Hickory Flavoured BBQ Sauce
1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp olive oil
600g beef steak, rump or sirloin
- To make the glaze. Mix together Wattie’s Smoked Hickory Flavoured BBQ Sauce, ginger, garlic, wholegrain mustard, brown sugar and oil.
- Heat the barbecue. Place the steaks onto an oiled hot plate. Brush the steaks with the glaze. Cook for 8-10 minutes until steaks are cooked to your liking, brushing with the glaze regularly during cooking.
- Once cooked allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with a green salad and boiled new potatoes.
