Ingredients

  • 425 g can Wattie’s Tropical Fruit Salad with Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp wheatgerm (optional)
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • ½ cup unsweetened natural yoghurt
  • ½ cup milk

Method

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
