1. Heat a dash of oil in a wok (or frying pan) over a high heat. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
2. Add prawns and continue to stir-fry until prawns start to turn pink.
3. Pour over Wattie’s WOK Creations Thai Coconut, Chilli & Lime sauce and stir-fry for a further minute until prawns are cooked and sauce is hot
4. Serve with cooked jasmine rice. Garnish with toasted shredded coconut, fresh coriander leaves and a wedge of lime or lemon if wished.
