1. Heat a large deep non stick frying pan or wok with a dash of oil and stir fry ginger for 1 minute. Add Wattie’s Wok Creations Asian Greens Stir Fry Vegetables, toss with ginger and stir fry for 4-5 minutes until hot. Set aside.
2. Add more oil if needed to the frying pan and cook the Sealord Tender Calamari Rings for 2-3 minutes or until just cooked through.
3. Drizzle over the dipping sauce and return the stir fried vegetables to the pan and toss together. Sprinkle with coriander and sesame seeds. Serve over noodles or rice.
