Ingredients

  • ½ cup Wattie’s Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 green capsicum, diced
  • ½ cup corn (can be canned or fresh)
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley or coriander
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon or apple juice
  • 8 Wattie's Original or Cheese Steakhouse Burgers
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • salad ingredients of your choice

Method

1. Mix together the Wattie’s Sweet Chilli Sauce with the pepper, corn, tomatoes, celery and parsley or coriander. Toss with the lemon juice and oil. Set aside for 30 minutes so the flavours can blend together.

2. Barbecue the Wattie’s Steakhouse Burgers on a hot barbecue until cooked and lightly browned on both sides. Warm the tortillas on the barbecue and once hot top with a burger, your favourite salad ingredients and a spoonful of salsa. Fold the tortilla over to enclose.
