  • 200 g pottle hummus
  • ¼ cup lite Greek yoghurt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 large pita breads
  • 480 g packet Wattie’s Heat ‘n’ Eat Steakhouse Burger Patties
  • tomato slices
  • cucumber slices
  • lettuce slices


1. Make dressing by mixing 1/4 cup La Bonne Cuisine Hummus with the yoghurt and lemon juice. Set aside.

2. Cut each pita bread in half and gently open to make a pocket. Spread remaining hummus between the 6 pita halves and fill with salad ingredients.

3. Heat Wattie’s Heat ‘n’ Eat Steakhouse Burger Patties according to the directions on the packet and place in the pita pocket and drizzle with the hummus dressing and serve immediately.
