420 g can Wattie’s Spaghetti or Wattie’s Baked Beans
Preheat oven to 180°C. Toast bread then, using a cookie cutter, cut out shapes from the bread. Crumble the remaining bread and crusts to make breadcrumbs. Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl with the parsley and cheese.
Spoon Wattie’s Spaghetti or Wattie’s Baked Beans into 4 ramekins using about 1/4 can per dish. Break an egg into each ramekin and top with flavoured breadcrumbs.
Bake for 15 minutes or until egg is cooked to your liking. Serve hot with shaped toast for dipping.
You can substitute Wattie’s Spaghetti with Wattie’s Spaghetti 50% Less Added Sugar or Wattie’s Baked Beans with Wattie’s Baked Beans 50% Less Added Sugar, if preferred.
