• 4 slices white or multigrain toast bread
  • 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 2-3 Tbsp finely grated tasty cheese
  • 420 g can Wattie’s Spaghetti or Wattie’s Baked Beans
  • 4 eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Toast bread then, using a cookie cutter, cut out shapes from the bread. Crumble the remaining bread and crusts to make breadcrumbs. Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl with the parsley and cheese.
  2. Spoon Wattie’s Spaghetti or Wattie’s Baked Beans into 4 ramekins using about 1/4 can per dish. Break an egg into each ramekin and top with flavoured breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until egg is cooked to your liking. Serve hot with shaped toast for dipping.
