Southern Style Chicken with Avocado Sauce
Take your taste buds south of the border with this Tex-Mex style chicken.
Ingredients
- 700g bag Tegel Southern Style Chicken Nibbles
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsps sour cream
- 1/2 red pepper, finely diced
- 1 large tomato, finely diced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
Method
1. Place the Tegel Southern Style Chicken Nibbles on a baking tray and cook according to the directions on the packet.
2. Halve, stone and peel the avocados and mash well with a fork in a bowl until smooth. Add the sour cream, red pepper, tomatoes, ground cumin and parsley. Season well with salt and pepper and mix well.
Serve the Avocado Sauce on the side as an accompaniment to the Tegel Southern Style Chicken Nibbles.
