  • 2 ½ cups pasta spirals
  • 500 g smoked fish
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley or dill
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 6 spring onions, trimmed and chopped
  • ½ cup HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Tartare Sauce


1. Cook the pasta spirals in plenty of boiling salted water for 12 minutes until al dente or “firm to the bite”. Drain well and cool in plenty of cold water. Drain well. You should have four cups of cooked pasta.

2. Flake the flesh from the smoked fish.

3. In a bowl toss together the pasta, smoked fish, herbs, lemon rind, juice, spring onions and HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Tartare Sauce.

Serve with a fresh green salad.
