- 1 pita bread, cut into two
- 1 pkt from 450g multi-pack Wattie’s Frozen SteamFresh Vegetables, Carrots, Corn & Broccoli
- 85g can Wattie’s Chicken with Lite Mayo
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Chicken & Vegetable Salad - 1 cup cooked diced potato or cooked pasta
- 1 pkt from 450g multi-pack Wattie’s Frozen SteamFresh Vegetables, Carrots, Corn & Broccoli
- 85g can Wattie’s Chicken with Lite Mayo
- 1 tsp capers, optional
Method
Chicken Vegetable Pita Pockets
Toast pita bread and microwave the Wattie’s Frozen SteamFresh Vegetables on high for 2 minutes. Fill the pita halves with the vegetables and Wattie’s Chicken with Lite Mayo , sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
Chicken&Vegetable Salad
Microwave Wattie’s Frozen SteamFresh Vegetables for 2 minutes on high and toss through the potato or pasta with the Wattie’s Chicken with Lite Mayo and sprinkle over capers.
