As someone who finds eating large pieces of meat a challenge but enjoys a meaty dish , minced meat offers a good choice and together with an added sauce it makes the whole dish enjoyable.

A bit different to our usual weeknight meals but everyone enjoyed it. Like that there is hidden vegetables in the meatball, next time will add shredded zucchini or cabbage as well. We enjoyed it with garlic bread to scoop up the extra gravy.

These are great for family meals but also as finger food at parties. For the kids especially, I have on a plate with toothpicks in them so it looks like a large porcupine and they are then easy to pick up to eat.
