  • 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 425 g can Craig's Mexican-Style Chilli Beans Medium Hot
  • 3 medium sized tomatoes, diced
  • 340 g can Hellaby's Corned Beef

  • Topping
  • 1 avocado, halved and stoned
  • 1 spring onion, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh coriander or parsley
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • sour cream

Chilli Beans Hot

Nourishing kidney beans are added to a thick and rich blend of tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, onions and chilli powder. The delicious hot flavour is suitable for those looking for something hot and spicy!


  1. Cook the onion in a dash of oil in a large frying pan for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  2. Add theCraig's Mexican-Style Chilli Beans Medium Hot and tomatoes and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Dice the Hellaby's Corned Beef, add to the beans and heat through, stirring regularly.
  4. Arrange 1 packet of your favourite nachos on a serving plate. Cover with the bean sauce. Top with the avocado topping and sour cream.


  1. Dice the avocado and mix with the spring onion, coriander or parsley and lemon juice.
