• 8 medium or large brown flat mushrooms
  • ½ 160 g pottle Master Chef Cracked Pepper Paté
  • ¾ 450 g bag Wattie's frozen Homestyle Masged Potato
  • 1 rasher streaky bacon, finely diced

1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line baking tray with baking paper.

2. Clean and trim stalks from mushrooms and place on baking tray. Spread about a teaspoon of Master Chef Cracked Pepper Paté on each mushroom. Place a frozen Wattie’s Homestyle Mashed Potato pattie on each mushroom and top with bacon.

3. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve as an entrée or as a vegetable side dish for the main meal.
