Mushroom & Potato Stacks
Entertain at home with these impressive mushroom stacks. Serve as an entrée or alongside your main meal a nice juicy steak will work well.

Ingredients
- 8 medium - large brown flat mushrooms
- 1/2 160g pottle Master Chef Cracked Pepper Paté
- 3⁄4 450g pkt Wattie’s Frozen Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato
- 1 rasher streaky bacon, finely diced
Tips
Try the other Wattie’s Frozen Mashed Potato variants; Homestyle or Cheese.
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line baking tray with baking paper.
2. Clean and trim stalks from mushrooms and place on baking tray. Spread about a teaspoon of Master Chef Cracked Pepper Paté on each mushroom. Place a frozen Wattie’s Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato pattie on each mushroom and top with bacon.
3. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.Serve as an entrée or as a vegetable side dish for the main meal.
