Mi Goreng
Inspired by a favourite take out make this and enjoy how easy it can be made at home.

Ingredients
- 200g dried egg noodles
- 1 onion, sliced
- 500g Tegel skinless, chicken breast fillets, sliced
- 1-2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 400g pkt Wattie's frozen Wok Creations Vietnamese Vegetables
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1-2 tsp chilli paste (optional)
Method
1. Place dried noodles in a bowl and pour over enough boiling water to cover the noodles, cover and set aside for 10 minutes, drain and set aside again.
2. In a non-stick wok or large frying pan heat a dash of. Add onion and cook until well browned but not burnt, turning frequently. Remove from pan and set aside on a paper towel to drain.
3. Heat wok again and add a dash of oil if required. Stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes. Add Gourmet Garden Coriander and Gourmet Garden Garlic and Wattie’s frozen Vietnamese Wok Creations . Continue to stir fry for another 3 minutes.Add fish sauce, chilli paste and the noodles previously set aside. Continue stir-frying until noodles are heated through and chicken and vegetables are cooked.
4. Serve immediately garnished with the fried onions.
