• 2-3 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Mediterranean Seasoning<
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g bowtie pasta or other pasta shapes
  • 150-200 g cabanossi sausage or spicy sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup red capsicum, deseeded and sliced
  • 100 g green beans, trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 cup Wattie's frozen Baby Peas
  • 100 g rocket or small salad leaves

1. In a jug or small bowl mix together the Gourmet Garden Mediterranean Seasoning, lemon zest, juice and olive oil and set aside.

2. Cook pasta according to the directions on the packet. While the pasta is cooking, fry sausage in a non-stick frying pan. Add the capsicum, beans, Wattie’s Baby Peas and cook for a few minutes until just tender.

3. When pasta is cooked, drain and return to saucepan. Toss through dressing. Stir in the sausage, vegetables and lastly rocket. Serve immediately as a light meal.
