  • ¼ cup Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ cup sherry
  • 1 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 4-6 lamb loin chops


1. Mix together the Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, sherry and ginger and pour into the bag. Add the lamb loin chops, seal and toss to coat in the marinade. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

2. Pan fry the lamb chops in a dash of oil in a hot pan. Alternatively grill under a high heat turning once only.

Serve with mashed potato and a salad.

Ooooooh this was good. Made mixed veg and jacket spuds instead of mash and salad. Still really yummy - AND easy!
