- Just Hummus with Garlic and Lemon
- 1 wholemeal wrap
- ¼ avocado, mashed
- Handful of coriander leaves, choppped
- ½ cup shredded cooked chicken
- ¾ cup shredded cos lettuce
- Black Bean Salsa
1. Stir mashed avocado into Just Hummus with Garlic & Lemon and freshly chopped coriander to taste.
2. Lay the wholemeal wrap on a board and spread with the hummus and avocado mixture.
3. Place lettuce, chicken and salsa on the wrap. Roll the wrap up and serve.
