  • 500 g box Wattie's Hash Browns Original
  • Wattie's Homestyle Tomato Sauce
  • 8 slices salami or 2 slices ham, chopped
  • ¼ green capsicum, diced
  • 8 olives, sliced (optional)
  • ½ cup grated Edam cheese


1. Preheat grill. Arrange Wattie’s frozen Hash Browns in a single layer on a baking paper lined tray.

2. Place tray under the grill and grill for 5 minutes, then turn the hash browns and grill for a further 5 minutes.

3. Remove tray from the oven and squirt Wattie’s Homestyle Tomato Sauce on each hash brown and top with salami, capsicum, olives and cheese.

4. Grill for a further 3-5 minutes or until topping is golden and heated through.


Be creative and try your own favourite pizza toppings e.g. pineapple, mushrooms, onion, herbs.
