  • 2 large or 4 small (600g) Tegel skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tsp Gregg's Garlic and Herb Sea Salt
  • 400 g pasta, penne or spirals
  • 700 g pkt Wattie's frozen Super Mix
  • ½ cup lite sour cream
  • freshly ground black pepper

Super Mix

A tasty combination of spinach, broccoli, red peppers, carrots and green beans. A natural source of antioxidants to please the whole family.


1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. If using 2 large chicken breasts, cut each in half and lay the 4 pieces onto the baking tray. Sprinkle with 2 tsp of the Gregg’s Garlic & Herb Sea Salt and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

3. In a large saucepan of boiling water cook the pasta until ‘al dente’.

4. While the pasta is cooking place Wattie’s Super Mix into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.

5. When pasta is cooked, drain and return to the saucepan with the warmed vegetables, lite sour cream and the remaining 2 tsp of Gregg's Garlic & Herb Sea Salt. Stir on a gentle heat until thoroughly heated. Serve Garlic & Herb Chicken on top of the vegetable pasta with a grind of fresh black pepper.

Family love this easy quick dinner. Suggest using thighs instead of breast and watties broccoli corn, peas and carrot stream fresh large bag. Great left overs too if there any!!!!
