Garlic & Herb Chicken & Vegetable Pasta
Pasta always a family favourite now just got easier and tastier. Try this healthy pick recipe with Wattie's Super Mix.

Ingredients
- 2 large or 4 small (600g) Tegel skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tsp Gregg's Garlic and Herb Sea Salt
- 400g pasta, penne or spirals
- 700g pkt Wattie’s frozen Super Mix
- 1/2 cup lite sour cream
- freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. If using 2 large chicken breasts, cut each in half and lay the 4 pieces onto the baking tray. Sprinkle with 2 tsp of the Gregg’s Garlic & Herb Sea Salt and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
3. In a large saucepan of boiling water cook the pasta until ‘al dente’.
4. While the pasta is cooking place Wattie’s Super Mix into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
5. When pasta is cooked, drain and return to the saucepan with the warmed vegetables, lite sour cream and the remaining 2 tsp of Gregg's Garlic & Herb Sea Salt . Stir on a gentle heat until thoroughly heated. Serve garlic & herb chicken on top of the vegetable pasta with a grind of fresh black pepper.
