Easy Chicken Ravioli
Pasta is always quick and this tasty sauce is both quick and easy. Change the vegetables in the sauce to suit your tastes, then sprinkle on some Parmesan and tuck in.

Ingredients
- 1 courgette, finely diced
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded and finely diced
- 150g mushrooms, finely sliced
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 420g can Wattie's Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 800g fresh ravioli
- 2 Tbsp sliced fresh basil or parsley leaves
Method
1. Gently cook courgette, capsicum and mushrooms in the oil in a moderately hot frying pan for 2 minutes. Pour in the Wattie’s Traditional Pasta Sauce and water and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
2. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and cook the ravioli according to the directions on the packet until the pasta is tender but firm to the bite.
3. Drain ravioli and stir through the cooked pasta sauce. Sprinkle in the basil leaves just before serving with a fresh green salad.
