Creamy Strawberry and Amaretti Dessert
Strawberry flavoured sweetness makes this the perfect dessert for summer evenings.

Ingredients
- 250g thickened cream
- 125g strawberry yoghurt
- 1/2 punnet strawberries, hulled and quartered
- extra strawberries to garnish
- 12 amaretti biscuits, crushed
Tips
Fold in 1/2 cup of chopped marshmallows if wished.
Method
1. In a bowl, stir together the thickened cream and strawberry yoghurt in a bowl.
2. Fold in the strawberries and crushed amaretti biscuits.
3. Spoon the mixture into individual glasses to serve and top with extra strawberries and serve immediately.
