1. Defrost the Wattie's Hash Browns for 1 minute in the microwave then chop into 1cm dice.
2. In a bowl toss together the diced hash browns, Wattie's Chuckwagon Corn, spring onions, self raising flour and salt.
3. In a clean bowl or jug beat together the eggs, milk, parsley and mustard. Gently mix the milk into the hash brown mix.
4. Cook large spoonfuls in a hot greased frying pan for about 4 minutes on each side, turning once only.
Serve hot with grilled bacon and golden syrup.
