Chinese Stir Fried Rice and Tuna
Stir fries are nutritious, delicious and so easy to prepare. This stirring creation mixes the low fat, protein-packed power of tuna with rice and your recommended daily allowance of fresh vegetables. It’s a no-fuss recipe that’s good-to-go when you’re rushed off your feet.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
- 2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
- 1 yellow capsicum, sliced
- 2 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
- 250g pouch SunCreations Chinese Fried Rice
- 2 x 95g cans Greenseas Sundried Tomato and Onion Tuna, drained
- soy sauce to season
Method
1. Heat a dash of sesame oil in a non stick wok or large frying pan, stir fry ginger, broccoli, celery, capsicum and spring onions for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water and allow vegetables to steam for a further 2-3 minutes or until tender and the liquid has evaporated.
2. Add SunCreations Chinese Fried Rice , and toss until hot.
3. Flake Greenseas Sundried Tomato and Onion Tuna into the stir fried rice and vegetables. Season with soy sauce, heat through to serve.
