  • 425 g box Sealord frozen Simply Natural Hoki Fillets
  • 3 tsp Gregg's Chilli & Lime Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp golden soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 carrots, peeled and very finely sliced
  • 150 g green beans, trimmed and sliced
  • 4 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced
  • cooked noodles for 4 ( soba, Singapore or egg noodles)


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C .
  2. Place the frozen Sealord Simply Natural Hoki Fillets on a baking paper-lined grill tray and sprinkle with 2 tsp Gregg’s Chilli & Lime Seasoning. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a jug mix the lime juice, soy sauce, oil and 1 tsp Gregg’s Chilli and Lime Seasoning and set aside.
  4. Quickly pan-fry the carrots, beans and spring onions in a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan or wok for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Toss in your favourite cooked noodles and drizzle with the dressing.
  6. Serve the noodles and vegetables topped with the fillets.

Really enjoyed this however i added abit more of the dressing as it needed more flavor and also stirred through the noodles a TINY amount of oil so they didnt dry out so much
overall delicious and healthy!

Easy to cook, everyone ate it. I used lemon instead of lime juice, but won't do that next time, as it needed more flavour.
