  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 Tegel double chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1-2 Tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 420g can Wattie's Chilli Beans Mild
  • salad ingredients for 4


1. Cook the Tegel chicken in a hot pan in a dash of oil with the ginger until just cooked. Sprinkle in the coriander and season with salt and pepper if wished.

2. Heat the Wattie's Chilli Beans and then divide evenly among 4 warmed and split medium pita breads.

3. Top with a few salad ingredients like lettuce leaves, sliced tomato and the hot pan fried chicken.
