1. Heat a non-stick frying pan and add a dash of oil. Brown chicken then add onion, garlic and broccoli. Continue cooking for a further 5 minutes. Pour into a medium sized oven-proof dish, sprinkle over the thyme and season with pepper.
2. Lightly butter the mixed grain bread, cut into small triangles and scatter over the chicken mixture. Pour over the Wattie’s Creamy Chicken Soup and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Serve as a light meal.
